Zauschneria Research

We are coming towards the end of winter here on the Yorke Peninsula and although blog entries have been sparse work in the garden has been going ahead great guns.

This entry is to record some of my research into a plant that has done very well, Zauschneria (renamed recently to Epilobium).

The following are the relevant notes:

Plants of the California Chaparral should do well here. Further work will be needed to check if individual plants are garden worthy and not invasive.

Unimproved Zauschneria (epilobium) is native to the California Chaparral.
